I have a user who is having issues with his new Outlook 2016. When we added his profile to Outlook it successfully sync all folders. If he tries to search for specific email he gets a ' No Results' message. I already try adding a new identity. Making sure his identity has no special characters. I also tried following this KB, but is not working.
